We have many years of experience of running private parties, conferences and dinners; so whether you are looking for a venue for a business event or a private party we will work with you to understand your requirements, help you plan them and then deliver a warm welcome to you and your guests. With a full professional kitchen and a choice of rooms we can cater for all your needs under one roof. With a friendly team and very flexible facilities this means we can deliver all that you need.

Community Groups

The Club is very keen to support fund raising for local not for profit groups and as such offer these organisations significantly reduced rates for these organisations. Please contact the Club Manager on 01279 429750.



Please note the rates shown below are just for the hire of the space and excludes costs relating to, conferences, food and entertainment and will often vary dependant on clients individual needs. Our minimum hire period is 2 hours. 

Evening Rates:  7pm til Midnight (Bar closes at 11.30pm)

  • Function Room up to 120 with in-house DJ                 - £550.00

  • Function Room up to 120 with your own DJ               - £350.00

  • Members Bar up to 60 with in house DJ                       - £250.00   

  • Memebers Bar up to 60 people                                       - £250.00

  • Extra 1 hour hire (bar till 12.30am, close at 1am        - £60.00

  • Extra 1 hour hire including DJ                                         - £90.00


Day Rates: (minimum hire 2 hours)                         

  • Function Room with bar up to 120                      - £75.00 per hour

  • Members Bar with bar up to 70                            - £50.00 per hour

  • Function Room without bar up to 120                - £40.00 per hour

  • Members Bar without bar up to 70                      - £30.00 per hour 


Wakes: Minimum hire 3 hours                                                  - £300.00

  • Includes unlimited teas and coffes

  • Includes table clothes and crockery 

  • Crockery to support external buffets                     - £1.50 per head

Commercial Hire

Commerical hire includes full use of AV, wireless PA use, unlimited tea, coffee and water.

  • Function Room: 4 hours                                                        - £400.00

    • Capacity theate style for 120 people or  Reception style for 100 people or  work area for 50 people.​

  • Function Room: All day (9am to 5pm)                               - £800.00

    •    Capacity theate style for 120 people or  Reception style for 100 people or  work area for 50 people.

  • Preseident Suite                                                          - £40.00 per hour

  • Players Bar                                                                    - £40.00 per hour

  • Pitch Hire: 2 hours with use of changing room    - £150.00 per hour

Room Sets and table decorations are available and will be agreed on an event-by-event basis.

4. The Club requires a Cancellation & Damage deposit of £100 per event which is required to secure the booking. The deposit is repaid within 5 days of the event if no damage occurs during the hire.

5. The Club requires payment in full 10 days prior to the event or the hire could be cancelled with the lose of deposit.

6.  The hirer can cancel the event and receive a full refund provided that the Club is informed 10 days prior to the event. If no notification is received the no refund will be given.

7. Guests are requested to exit the club no later than 30 minutes after the end time.

8. Any guest harassing, abusing or being aggressive to any Member of Staff or any other guest will be removed from the Club.

9. Any guest either suspected or reported to be selling drugs will be removed from the Club.

10. Only alcohol purchased from our bar may be consumed whilst in the club.

11. The Club operates a no smoking and no vaping policy inside the Club and on our balcony areas. Designated smoking areas are positioned around the Club.

12. With prior by the club hirers may provide their own catering.
